Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial banking or relationship management.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills—you're fluent in balance sheets and business models.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and deal structures.
• A consultative, client-first mindset (and maybe a few clients who follow you wherever you go).
• Excellent communication skills and a love for collaborative problem-solving.
• Bonus points if you have ties to the SoCal business community and a sharp eye for market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients across industries.
• Develop custom solutions spanning credit, treasury, deposits, and cash management.
