Qualifications

• Strong Business Relationship Management skills including client acquisition, retention, and consultative sales.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management solutions and the ability to advise clients on cash management and payment services.
• Solid understanding of Finance and commercial banking products, including loans, deposits, and credit structures.
• Experience in Portfolio Management, with the ability to monitor performance, manage risk, and identify growth opportunities.
• Proficiency in Underwriting, including financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and engage in local community and business activities.
• Prior experience in commercial or business banking, community banking, or financial services is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
