Blackmon Mooring & BMSCAT is seeking Commercial Account Managers to hunt for new opportunities and farm strategic accounts in a fast-paced field role. You will build relationships with facility managers, owners, and leaders across top commercial verticals and own your market from day one.

This role emphasizes proactive prospecting, on-site meetings, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure client success and high retention in a national portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator in verbal, written and presentation contexts.
• Relationship-driven and personable approach to client engagement.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized in account execution.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field role.
• Experience in business development or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plan and hunt for new opportunities.
• Farm strategic national and regional accounts to grow wallet share.
• Attend on-site meetings, provide presentations, and industry events.
• Maintain industry association memberships and visibility in territory.
• Collaborate with marketing for tradeshows and presentations.
• Support collections on local and national accounts when needed.
• Use Salesforce to keep accounts, contacts, and activities updated.
• Manage reporting requirements and internal communications.
