BMS CAT is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to drive growth and relationships across key commercial verticals in the Raleigh market. You will hunt for new opportunities and farm strategic accounts to become the preferred restoration partner for major commercial organizations.

In this role you will build territory plans, manage calendar-based outreach, conduct meetings with facility managers and ownership groups, and partner with marketing on tradeshows.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relationship-driven and personable with client-focus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory business plan and growth strategy.
• Prospect, research, and meet with commercial and national accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share regionally and nationally.
• Maintain relationships and wallet share with key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing for events and tradeshows.
• Use Salesforce to track accounts, contacts, and activities.
