The role involves visiting client properties, negotiating contracts, developing proposals, and coordinating with Operations Managers to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial account management or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.
• Experience managing contracts, client accounts, budgets, proposals, or service-based sales.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an approved driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Visit client properties regularly to monitor service quality and address concerns.
• Develop proposals and achieve enhancement sales goals through consultative conversations.
