Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering commerce strategy and related consulting engagements.
• 8+ years collaborating with business, digital, technology or commerce client teams.
• 5+ years selling, shaping client solutions, and owning delivery outcomes.
• 4+ years leading multiple engagements or teams concurrently.
• 5+ years translating commerce strategies into roadmaps, operating models or plans.
• 1+ years incorporating AI into daily workflow and client delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 30%+; limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across multiple commerce strategy engagements across industries and channels.
• Lead executive readouts and decision-ready recommendations for growth channels.
• Drive implications of commerce strategy into pricing, CX and growth plans.
• Drive pipeline and business development, including proposals and client solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership to build the practice's market presence.
• Lead teams to strong outcomes while managing scope, timelines and risks.
• Maintain a strategic view of commerce tech and platforms to guide transformations.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
