Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting delivery in commerce strategy or related areas.
• 5+ years of experience with business, digital, or commerce client teams.
• 5+ years shaping commerce strategies into actionable roadmaps, operating models, or implementation plans.
• 1+ years incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of commerce strategy engagements across industries, defining commerce's role as a growth channel and design of operating models.
• Partner with client leaders to define commerce strategies tied to clear business outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into structured analyses, recommendations, and deliverables grounded in data and commercial logic.
• Shape roadmaps spanning channel positioning, experience design, and organizational change with a clear value narrative.
• Drive implications of commerce strategy across pricing, customer experience, and growth, prioritizing use cases by value and fit.
• Collaborate with global technical and delivery teams to ensure strategic intent carries through into execution.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, facilitate sessions, and oversee scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insights.
• Support practice growth through proposals, solution shaping, and follow-on opportunities.
• Coach teams and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture
