Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Commerce Strategy Manager to lead advisory engagements shaping commerce as a growing, cross-functional channel. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, aligning pricing, customer experience, and growth with measurable outcomes for diverse industries.

You will partner with senior client leaders, drive data-driven insights, and coach teams while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a demonstrated history of consulting delivery in commerce strategy, digital commerce, customer experience, technology-enabled transformation, or related areas.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with business, digital, technology, or commerce client teams.
• 5+ years of experience shaping commerce strategies and translating them into actionable roadmaps, operating models, or implementation plans.
• 1+ years of experience incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of commerce strategy engagements across industries, including defining commerce's role as a growth channel and operating model design.
• Partnering with client leaders to define commerce strategies tied to clear business outcomes.
• Translating business challenges into structured analyses, recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables grounded in data and commercial logic.
• Shaping roadmaps that span channel positioning, experience design, capability priorities, and organizational change.
• Driving implications of commerce strategy into pricing, customer experience, and growth planning, prioritizing high-value use cases.
• Coordinating with global delivery teams to ensure strategy carries through into execution without owning daily development tasks.
• Managing day-to-day client relationships, facilitating sessions, and overseeing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
