Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Commerce Strategy Manager to lead client engagements across industries, shaping commerce strategy, value narratives, and operating models that drive growth. You will collaborate with business, digital, technology, and operations leaders to translate challenges into actionable roadmaps and recommendations with a clear value narrative.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, mentor teams, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a demonstrated history of consulting delivery in commerce strategy, digital commerce, customer experience, technology-enabled transformation, or related areas.
• 5+ years of experience working directly with business, digital, technology, or commerce client teams.
• 5+ years of experience shaping commerce strategies and translating them into actionable roadmaps, operating models, or implementation plans.
• 1+ years of experience incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of commerce strategy engagements across industries, including defining commerce's role as a growth channel, channel strategy and role definition, commerce operating model design, and experience optimization.
• Partnering with client business, digital, technology, and operations leaders to define commerce strategies tied to clear business outcomes.
• Translating business challenges into structured analyses, recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables grounded in data, customer insight, and commercial logic.
• Shaping commerce strategy roadmaps that span channel positioning, experience design, capability priorities, and organizational change.
• Driving the implications of commerce strategy and channel positioning into other parts of the commercial strategy agenda.
• Partnering with global technical and implementation delivery teams to ensure the strategic intent and value case behind commerce decisions carry through into execution.
