Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle collections calls and correspondence in a fast-paced department.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts; manage adjustments and small balances.
• Reduce delinquency balances for assigned accounts.
• Support Accounts Receivable tasks and duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with sales and management to accelerate collection processes.
• Communicate effectively with the sales department about customer accounts.
