Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our fast-paced department in California. You will handle collection activities, apply payments, reconcile accounts, and support the AR team to reduce delinquency and resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of computerized AR experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented, methodical work style. High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years computerized Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and methodical work approach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collection calls and correspondence in a fast paced department.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts including adjustments and reconciliations.
• Work to reduce delinquency balance for assigned accounts.
• Support AR department with other tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with sales to accelerate the collection process.
• Communicate with sales on account status in a timely manner.
