Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in California is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage assigned customer accounts and help reduce delinquency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years computerized Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and completes tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collection calls/correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented department.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts – collection calls/email, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, and customer reconciliations.
• Reduce delinquency balance for assigned accounts.
• Perform other tasks to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
• Engage sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process.
• Communicate with sales to follow up on customer accounts in a timely manner.
