Qualifications

• 3+ years in debt collection, credit control, or AR management.
• High School diploma required; associates/bachelor degree preferred in Finance/Accounting/Business.
• Deep understanding of collection procedures and credit laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic collection plans for overdue accounts.
• Primary contact for delinquent accounts to secure payments while preserving goodwill.
• Analyze aging reports to identify high-risk receivables and tailor strategies.
• Negotiate terms, settlements, and payment plans per policy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities in the system.
• Monitor performance and escalate long-standing delinquencies to management.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, and state laws.
