Qualifications

Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve outcomes.
Experience leveraging AI in a professional environment or process automation experience.
Experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, billing, or related finance functions.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel and business systems to analyze account information.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers adhere to established payment terms through account monitoring and action.
Contact customers by phone, email, and portals to secure payment commitments and resolve discrepancies.
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and perform timely follow-up on past-due invoices.
Collaborate with internal partners to identify disputes and escalate to reduce payment delays.
Prepare portfolio updates and aging commentary.
Escalate high-risk accounts and changes in payment behavior to leadership.
