Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two years' accounts receivable, billing, collections or related experience.
• Official transcripts required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of institutional receivables.
• Review ageing reports and identify accounts for collection.
• Prioritize accounts based on age, value, risk and history.
• Monitor due dates and initiate collection activity per procedures.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and account status in the system.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication.
• Obtain payment commitments and follow up on missed payments.
• Escalate accounts for advanced collection when needed.
