Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Collections Strategy & Operations: develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies across delinquency stages.
• Drive financial performance by analyzing aging, trends, and portfolio performance to reduce risk.
• Improve processes and systems; optimize Workday and other financial platforms; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with focus on accountability, ethics, and development.
• Provide dashboards, KPI analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.
