Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Colleague Relations Analyst to provide expert consultation on colleague relations matters and partner with HRBPs to support client groups. You will investigate concerns, interpret policies, guide leaders on attendance and conduct issues, and ensure consistent employment practices across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling sensitive employee concerns.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
• Multi-state employment law knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide impartial review of colleague concerns and educate leaders on issue types.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations and document steps taken.
• Guide leaders on fair, compliant corrective actions and attendance matters.
• Assist with discrimination complaints and manage related documentation.
• Identify high-risk employment practices and advise on policy design.
