You will coordinate with product marketing to define key demos and narratives, manage logistics and fulfillment, and ensure strong HP storytelling at launches and flagship events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in event strategy and logistics.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Experience in tech hardware/devices is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall event strategy and execution for the HP Collaboration Solutions business unit.
• Coordinate with product leads on launches and maximize impact at launch events.
• Manage event logistics, inventory, sourcing, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Define demos, storylines, and narratives with product marketing team.
• Plan logistics and onsite support for large HP events and flagship showcases.
• Lead breakout sessions and content development with presenters and leadership.
