Job summary

HP Collaboration Solutions is seeking an Events Lead to drive strategic planning and execution at a broad range of HP-led events. You will own the events program, coordinate with product leads, and ensure compelling demos and narratives that showcase HP’s collaboration portfolio.

You will lead on select events, align strategy with business goals, and manage complex logistics from planning to on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years experience running event strategy and logistics.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Experience in tech industry ideal, especially hardware/devices.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall event strategy and execution for HP Collaboration Solutions unit.
• Coordinate with product leads to plan launches and demonstrations.
• Manage event logistics, inventory, shipping and fulfilment.
• Develop demos and narratives for HP booth experiences.
• Partner with broader events teams on flagship events.
