Job summary

HP Collaboration Solutions seeks an Events Lead to drive strategy and execution for a broad range of industry events. You will own demos, narratives and showpiece experiences, coordinating with product and marketing teams to maximize impact at launches and HP-wide showcases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in event strategy, strong project management, and ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced tech environment. This role includes travel and onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years experience running event strategy and logistics.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Previous tech industry experience is ideal, especially tech hardware and devices.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall event strategy and execution for HP Collaboration Solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and align events to business strategy.
• Coordinate with product leads on launches to maximize event impact.
• Manage event logistics, inventory, shipping and fulfillment.
• Plan demos, narratives and breakout sessions with presenters and leadership.
• Organize large flagship events and partner with global teams for execution.
• Oversee onsite support and broader event planning such as venue and budgeting.
