Job summary

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive to lead new opportunities in cold storage and industrial refrigeration markets across North America. You will own early pipeline and establish strategic relationships with owners, developers, and operators.

You will drive outbound prospecting, shape pursuit strategies for large design‑build projects, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to position Innovative as the industry leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior‑level decision‑makers.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage early-stage opportunity ownership for large, complex refrigeration projects.
• Maintain active engagement through full sales lifecycle to ensure win success.
