Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead cognitive domain programs within a multi-domain environment. You will oversee complex, multi-project efforts, coordinate planning and staffing, and apply PMI standards to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, a related bachelor's degree, and active U.S. security clearance or eligibility. You will liaise with SOF personnel, leadership, and partners to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or eligibility.
• Advanced knowledge of cognitive performance, brain health, neuroscience, psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate in a multi-domain, cross-functional environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and planning activities.
• Oversee multi-project programs including staffing and control.
• Develop and maintain project plans and resources.
• Apply PMI methodology and project standards.
• Identify risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement teams.
• Collaborate with SOF personnel, families, leadership, and providers.
