Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior program leader to oversee cognitive domain initiatives across multi-project portfolios. You will drive planning, staffing, and execution of complex programs while managing risk and stakeholder expectations. The role demands cross-functional leadership, strong data-driven decision making, and a deep understanding of cognitive performance domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field required.
• Advanced knowledge of cognitive performance and related disciplines required.
• Experience leading programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong strategy, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data-driven decision making and outcomes measurement experience.
• Ability to operate in multi-domain, cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of high-performance populations and operational stressors helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including planning activities and artifacts.
• Oversee and manage large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain master/resource plans and required documents.
