Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior program leader to manage cognitive domain initiatives, ensuring effective planning, resourcing, and delivery across multiple projects. You will supervise teams, enforce PMI standards, and coordinate with SOF personnel, leadership, and health providers to maximize program impact.

The role requires a US citizen with an active Secret clearance or eligibility, strong strategic planning, and a track record of delivering complex human performance programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of cognitive performance, brain health, neuroscience, human performance, psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading programs, multidisciplinary teams, or complex human performance initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including planning activities and artifacts.
• Oversee large multi-project programs including planning, staffing, leading, and controlling activities.
• Develop and maintain resource plans and required documents for projects.
• Identify resources and assign responsibilities; baseline projects and forecast LoE.
• Ensure project documents are complete and properly stored; communicate with stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement teams and provide strategic direction for cognitive domain programs.
• Collaborate with SOF personnel, families, leadership, medical and behavioral health providers.
