Job summary

Orca Security in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Strategic Accounts to be the technical quarterback for our largest customers. You will partner with executives, architects, and security teams to unlock the full value of the Orca Platform, driving adoption and shaping cloud security strategies.

You will blend deep technical expertise with relationship management, conduct on-site visits and executive workshops, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
Experience with enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong cloud security architecture knowledge (CNAPP ecosystem).
Scripting, automation, and API integrations.
Excellent communication and executive-level consulting.
Bonus: Terraform IaC or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS).

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted technical advisor for Orca’s most strategic customers.
Lead customer visits, executive briefings, and workshops to accelerate adoption.
Drive deployment, expansion, and operational excellence via architecture reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud security goals and risk reduction.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to design tailored success plans.
Identify and remove blockers while advocating for customer needs across teams.
Present platform value and innovation in executive reviews.
Collaborate with Sales on renewals and long-term growth.
Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and customer experience.
