Job summary

Orca Security is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Strategic Accounts. You will be the technical quarterback for Orca's largest customers, partnering with executives and security teams to unlock value and drive cloud security adoption.

You will lead workshops, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to remove blockers and deliver measurable security outcomes across deployments.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing technical experience with enterprise cloud environments.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and CNAPP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for Orca's strategic customers.
• Lead customer visits, executive briefings, and technical workshops.
• Drive deployment, expansion, and operational excellence via architecture reviews.
