Job summary

Orca Security is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to amplify its cloud security story across media, analysts, and the cybersecurity community globally. Reporting to the VP Product Marketing, you will lead day-to-day PR programs in the US, Europe, and beyond, coordinating with external agencies to land coverage and elevate executives.

The role fits a highly-visible, fast-moving environment requiring juggling multi-region workstreams and strong writing, editing, and relationship-building

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PR experience in B2B technology related to cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Experience running PR programs across US and European markets.
• Proven experience managing PR agency relationships with outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Orca's PR agencies worldwide and align work to company goals.
• Support media relations across US and Europe: draft press releases, pitches, and briefs.
• Amplify Orca's research and data into compelling media stories for global audiences.
• Drive thought leadership: manage bylines, awards submissions, and speaking opportunities.
• Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials and media training.
• Track PR performance and provide insights to sharpen programs.
• Coordinate PR support for milestones: product launches, funding, and events.
