Job Description

Responsibility for Google Strategic Sales is to drive the overall sales revenue and design wins.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for Google. Drive design wins and quarterly targets for Broadcom networking products.
• Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-level executive relationships across Google's infrastructure organizations.
• Internal Orchestration: Operate as the central point of contact within Broadcom to align cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance) with Google.
• Revenue Operations: Drive forecast and revenue alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Market Expansion: Win designs and expand the networking footprint across Google infrastructure. Champion product planning alignment, engineering/program execution, and supply execution to ensure customer success.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in Executive Sales Leadership within the semiconductor or networking industry.
• Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Hyperscale/Data Center sales with deep technical understanding of Ethernet switching, PCIe switching, server interconnect, storage connectivity, and optical interconnect technologies.
• Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding growth metrics and building actionable relationships across organizations.
• Soft Skills: High EQ with exceptional ability to align internal and external stakeholders and navigate complex corporate structures with a results-oriented mindset.
• Education: B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Travel: Ability to travel globally as required to support the account.

Compensation and Benefits

• The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $193,800 - $310,000. OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.
• Eligible to receive a competitive new-hire equity grant and annual equity awards.
