Job summary

Solifi seeks a strategic leader to oversee cloud transformation programs in the United States, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. This VP-level role coordinates with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive migration programs from strategy to execution with measurable outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, customer success operations, management consulting, transformation, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional cloud migration programs and strategic customer initiatives.
• Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, governance structures, decision frameworks, and expected customer outcomes.
• Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to establish clear ownership, accountability, and escalation paths.
• Drive execution across distributed teams while maintaining alignment, transparency, urgency, and momentum.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to executive leadership on status, risks, dependencies, customer impact, and business value.
