Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, is seeking a Solution Lead to serve as the senior technical and delivery authority for multi-cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will translate business challenges into cloud transformation strategies, lead a team of architects and consultants, and guide customers from discovery to delivery while ensuring profitability and value.

This role requires 12+ years in enterprise IT, 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; equivalent demonstrated experience considered.
• Executive presence with CIO-level communication and leadership.
• 12+ years in enterprise IT with delivery and leadership roles.
• Certifications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead multi-workstream cloud transformations including migrations and cloud-native builds.
• Guide provider-selection decisions based on workload, cost, and governance.
• Review architecture documents and ensure alignment with Softchoice standards.
• Mentor architects and consultants to deliver high-quality engagements.
