Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Solution Lead to drive multi-cloud transformations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will guide C-level discussions, translate business challenges into cloud strategies, and lead a team of architects and consultants to deliver successful outcomes.

You will align workload, governance, and cost considerations with a clear long‑term strategy while maintaining core delivery excellence and P&L leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise IT.
• 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams of architects and/or consultants on complex engagements.
• Demonstrated track record in pre-sales solution design and full-lifecycle delivery ownership.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest-level technical authority for cloud engagements across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-phase cloud transformations with governance and security.
• Define and defend platform decisions based on workload fit, cost, and strategy.
• Review architecture documents, deployment plans, and statements of work to ensure quality.
