Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an Engagement Manager in the ProServe organization to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to ensure customer outcomes align with business goals.

You will guide architecture decisions, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across AWS services, vendors, and clients, while advancing your AWS certifications and domain expertise.

Competenze

• 3+ years of program or engagement management leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
