Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects in ProServe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM field required.
Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance required.
7+ years leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide decisions.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
