Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects in ProServe.

You will combine technical expertise with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations, bridging business and technical needs, guiding discussions, and ensuring customer outcomes. You will validate solutions against goals, manage risks, pursue AWS certifications, and communicate concepts to technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

5+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Experience leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners) at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and strategic planning with AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and align with customer outcomes.
Distill customer needs into clear technical requirements mapped to business outcomes.
Decompose complex problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contribute to technical documentation and define standards.
