Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects. You will combine technical expertise with project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients.

You will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, manage risks, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure customer outcomes align with strategic objectives and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience.
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
