Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe. You will blend business requirements with technical solutions and guide discussions with diverse stakeholders.

You will apply AWS Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework, manage risks, and drive projects to successful completion while aligning with customer outcomes. Strong program and project management experience and AWS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
• Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
