Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects within ProServe. You will combine technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive AWS-based implementations aligned with customer outcomes.

You will guide discussions, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage risks, and champion best practices across teams, vendors, and customers while pursuing AWS certifications and domain expertise.

Qualifications

2+ years leading multiple Agile teams (Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale.
7+ years leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.
5+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
Experience in leading and delivering enterprise‑level IT engagements.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
