Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large-scale cloud transformations within AWS Professional Services. You will orchestrate multi-workstream delivery across AWS, customer, and partner teams, acting as a trusted advisor to realize cloud value.

In this role you will guide delivery quality, manage risk, and align strategies with customer goals, building strong executive relationships while driving programs to successful, measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning and execution for large, multi-workstream engagements, defining delivery quality standards and frameworks.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, guiding business vision and alignment.
• Manage engagement scope, financials, and timelines by negotiating conditions of acceptance and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among AWS, customer, and partner resources to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
• Establish and share best practices for delivery quality, engagement security, and operational excellence; mentor team members.
