Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program to lead commercial governance for OCI Dedicated Cloud opportunities in a highly visible role. You will balance customer requirements with Oracle profitability, influencing executive decisions across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical program management, cloud operations experience, and strong contracting and stakeholder-management skills to drive execution and value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program experience in cloud environments or related functions.
• Experience evaluating complex non-standard commercial arrangements and customer exceptions.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, terms, financial impacts and risk management.
• Direct experience working with executives across Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal.
• Exceptional business judgment to assess operational, financial, customer, and strategic tradeoffs.
• Ability to influence executive decision-making with data-driven analysis and clear communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial review and governance for strategic OCI Dedicated Cloud opportunities.
• Evaluate non-standard customer requests and bespoke delivery models for financial and operational impact.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to develop scalable commercial solutions balancing customer success and profitability.
• Provide executive-level recommendations on pricing, margins, commitments, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.
• Develop business cases and executive presentations communicating deal economics, tradeoffs, risks, and actions.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making and identify dependencies and long-term implications.
• Establish governance for exception management with data-driven decision-making.
• Influence and align stakeholders across organizations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop workstreams, milestones, and execution plans aligning customer commitments with Oracle goals.
