UL LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a contracts professional to translate business requirements into CLM workflows and maintain templates and the contract library. You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient processing of contracts across all types.

The role requires about five years of contract negotiation experience, proficiency in Oracle/CLM, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Around five years of experience handling complex contract negotiations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CLM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Convert business requirements into technical CLM requirements with stakeholders.
• Update, build, and maintain contract workflows, templates, and clauses in CLM.
• Maintain contract library, metadata, permissions, and views.
• Train personnel on contract content and negotiation processes.
• Review contracts periodically to improve terms and harmonize conditions.
• Support M&A and onboarding of new contract types to CLM.
• Import legacy data into CLM and configure security settings.
