Job summary

Ul Solutions in Northbrook, IL, is seeking a contracts professional to manage and optimize enterprise contract processes using Ironclad CLM, supporting legal, sales, and other stakeholders.

You will update workflows, templates, and clauses, maintain the contract library and knowledge base, train personnel, and ensure security practices; participation in M&A onboarding and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Updates, builds, and maintains contract workflows in Ironclad CLM for all contract types
• Updates contract templates and clauses when approved changes are submitted
• Maintains contract library including permissions, metadata, and views
• Maintains knowledge base of CLM process, tool, and training documentation
• Supports initiatives including M&A to onboard new contract types to CLM
• Imports legacy contract data to CLM repository as required
• Configures security settings and user permissions within CLM
• Leverages technology to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the contracts record management, review, and approval process.
• Perform periodic review of contracts, making recommendations to improve and harmonize terms or conditions.
• Train Company personnel on contract content and negotiation process, as needed.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
