The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) in Atlanta seeks an Access & Appointing Consultant to lead scheduling optimization and improve patient access outcomes. You will design templates, manage clinician schedules, and drive analytics-driven initiatives across departments.

Joining our Care Experience team, you will collaborate with senior leaders, physicians, and payroll to ensure accurate schedule management and efficient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• Minimum five years of clinical, staff scheduling, or related operations experience.
• Two+ years with scheduling applications and project management.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead scheduling optimization and access initiatives using data.
• Develop clinician templates and scheduling libraries for departments.
• Monitor performance against access targets and propose improvements.
• Coordinate schedules with clinic time, duties, and changes.
• Deploy scheduling automation and work with tools like Qgenda.
