Job summary

Southeast Permanente Medical Group is seeking an Access and Clinician Scheduling Coordinator to manage clinician calendars, optimize appointment access, and maintain templates. The role supports scheduling workflows, data analysis, and payroll processes across ambulatory departments.

You will collaborate with department leaders and local teams to ensure adequate appointment availability, accurate data practices, and compliant scheduling operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent plus scheduling software experience.
• Strong customer service and data reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate, and maintain schedules for clinicians and departments.
• Ensure calendars reflect access criteria and staffing needs.
• Analyze data to identify gaps in access and adjust schedules.
• Support payroll and FTE management processes and maintain templates in EPIC.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain scheduling workflows.
