Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
7+ years of healthcare sourcing or related experience.
Experience leading clinical sourcing, contracting and value analysis.
Proven ability to negotiate complex supplier agreements.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
Advanced AI fluency for evidence-based sourcing decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies aligned with client priorities and market opportunities.
Lead the complete sourcing lifecycle from requirements to post‑award activities.
Negotiate complex contractual, operational, service, and financial agreements.
Evaluate supplier capabilities and market position to inform recommendations.
Collaborate with legal, contracting, finance and operations to resolve issues.
Lead value analysis committees and stakeholder alignment.
Present strategies, financial analyses and implementation plans to executives.
Analyze spend and data to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
Measure savings, value realization and quality improvements.
Apply advanced AI fluency to enhance decision-making and strategy.
