Job summary
Westchester Medical Center in New York is seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter (ACR) to drive full-cycle recruiting for physician and mid-level candidates.
You will plan and coordinate recruitment, advise service lines, manage advertising campaigns, offers, onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience from posting to placement.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of healthcare or advanced clinical recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.
Qualifications
- Two years of healthcare or Advanced Clinical recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct activities related to recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.
- Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.
- Assists with the onboarding and orienting new of new candidates;
- Acts as main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.
- Manages Position Manager when screening and posting positions.
- Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.
