Responsibilities include directing recruitment activities, advising service lines, managing offers, onboarding, and delivering a strong candidate experience. Requires a Bachelor\'s Degree in Healthcare or related field and at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
