Job summary

Westchester Medical Center in New York is seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter (ACR) to drive full-cycle recruiting for physician and mid-level candidates.

You will plan and coordinate recruitment, advise service lines, manage advertising campaigns, offers, onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience from posting to placement.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of healthcare or advanced clinical recruiting experience and a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field.
