Job summary

Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for physician and mid-level candidates. The role involves planning, advising service lines, and overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The recruiter will act as the primary contact for advanced clinical hires, coordinate postings, and partner with leadership to identify candidates matching needs.

Qualifications

• Experience: Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise on designated service lines and manage advertising campaigns, offers, onboarding and candidate experience.
