Job summary

Macy's, Inc. in New York is seeking a Specialist, Client Success Manager for Macy's Media Network to serve as a strategic partner to advertising partners. You will work with MMN sales to deliver advertising solutions that drive measurable results and grow revenue.

In this role you will translate performance insights into actionable media strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster long-term client relationships to maximize ad revenue across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail media ad sales and/or account management.
• Analytically inclined with ability to translate data into insights and strategic recommendations.
• Influential and capable of persuading internal and external stakeholders to adopt recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage a book of business with an MMN Partner Manager and define annual/quarterly account plans.
• Be a subject-matter expert in MMN products, best practices, and analytics, advising clients on objectives.
• Drive analyses including end-of-campaign insights, multi-touch attribution, and brand health reporting.
• Develop knowledge of Macy's/Bloomingdale's business and identify activation opportunities for brands.
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through insights-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ad Operations, and cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
