Qualifications

• Experience in client success, account management, or related roles in Banking and Financial Services.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, renewals, and client satisfaction.
• Experience managing service delivery and complex engagements on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of financial management: revenue forecasting, margins, governance.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of enterprise tech services, cloud, AI, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery activities across assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate with delivery, project management, and account teams to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Support account growth through opportunities, renewals, and change requests.
• Manage governance, risk, and reporting; ensure accurate internal systems and data.
• Advocate for client priorities and address concerns proactively with DXC teams.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, consulting, product, and marketing to identify value opportunities.
• Understand DXC offerings and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
